The major advantage of our customised approach is that specific issues within individual organisations can be addressed more directly, with the course design, context, delivery and duration set within the parameters agreed during the planning stages. A more tailored approach often emphasises organisational issues such as change, culture, strategy and resilience or focuses more directly on personal matters such as trust, emotional intelligence, teamwork and relationships. Whatever the central theme is, the needs within the organisation are clear and specific and LtEI becomes the chosen 'tool' to design and deliver on the expected outcomes. At times, however, the issues and needs are less clear cut, and here, discussing the situation and processing your thinking on what interventions will work best helps to provide clarity on the way forward.
Programmes can be designed for existing teams within your organisation or as a component of your leadership development strategy. A more pragmatic advantage in customised, single organisation programmes is the immediate opportunity participants have to transfer and apply the collective and individual learnings from the course back in the organisation as a shared and on-going learning experience, where new knowledge, skills and behaviours can be supported, monitored and reviewed from within.
Customised courses will usually range from two-day interventions to more extended programmes of four to five days. Equally, they may be more modular in approach with a series of short, on-going 'experiences' as with several of our current Boards and Top Teams. Location is of our clients' choice and can be delivered anywhere in the world.
